Homebrewing

In the Spring of 2011, I attempted to brew my first beer. It was a little flat and unintentionally sour. But nonetheless, a new passion was born. Over the last decade, I have slowly improved my brewing equipment and process to a point where I have several crave-able beer recipes. Fast forward to the Spring of 2021, and the Koehlers have added a 4 tap system in our basement taproom that features seasonal favorites and new experimentations from “Koehler’s Lab”.
